Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70 within the United States. Orders under $70 may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 14 business days after order processing.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contactsolariane@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): $4.99
- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days): $12.99
Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your package at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@solariane.com within 30 days of your order date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Contact us to receive your prepaid return label.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!
